Not strictly a purely seafood paella, this dish contains green-lipped mussels, tiger prawns and squid rings as well as chicken and chorizo blended with peppers, onions and lightly seasoned rice. Packed with flavour this would surely be a great continental addition to any menu, bringing memories of those holidays to the Costas of Spain flooding back!!!!
